ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are packaged and shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS & RETURNS OVERVIEW

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time: 45 business days for Zone A and 60 business days for Zone B, not including max processing time of 7 business days.
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused*)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Note: You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 business days for Zone A and 60 business days for Zone B, not including max processing time of 7 business days.) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with the return address. For all returns and exchanges, we need to be notified within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.

To avoid potential issues, we recommend using a tracking service when returning an item.

Note: We are not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
* Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

RETURNS (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

** If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected]. ( Let us know the problem and don’t forget to attach photo or video so we can address the issue clearly. )

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, contact us at [email protected].

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
